Honeyed Pecans

SERVES: 1 cup
PREP: 5 minutes
COOK: 43 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Pecans
  • ¼ cup of Taylor Pass Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • Pinch of ground red pepper

Method:

 

  1. Simply preheat your oven to 325°.

  2. Microwave ¼ cup of honey in a bowl on HIGH for 20 seconds.

  3. Stir in pecan halves.

  4. Spread pecans in a single layer on a cooking sheet.

  5. Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of ground red pepper; sprinkle over the pecans.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until toasted.
