Plant-based Eggnog with Mānuka Honey
Prep Time , Serves 2-3.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1 cup runny coconut cream
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon good quality vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon (or more) Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka honey
- Optional garnishes: star anise, cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into small glasses. Add ice if desired.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
