Spring Apple, Bacon and Goats Cheese Salad
- 1 finely diced Shallot
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- Mix and let stand for 10 minutes
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 TBSP Fresh Dill
- 1/2 juiced Lemon
- 1 TBSP Taylor Pass Manuka Honey UMF5+
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- Bacon bits
- Candied Pecans
- Crumbled Goats Cheese
- Mix together all salad dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Prepare and assemble all salad ingredients.
- Drizzle salad with dressing and enjoy!
