Taylor Pass Honey and Peoples Coffee Overnight Espresso Oats

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
- 4 teaspoons Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey (or more according to preference)
- 30ml Peoples Coffee espresso (or more according to preference)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- To serve: additional coconut yoghurt, sliced fresh peaches, toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together. Taste and add additional honey or coffee as desired.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
- Divide between 2 bowls. Serve topped with coconut yoghurt, sliced peaches and toasted coconut flakes.
