Bowl of overnight oats

Taylor Pass Honey and Peoples Coffee Overnight Espresso Oats

Prep Time , Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 4 teaspoons Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey (or more according to preference)
  • 30ml Peoples Coffee espresso (or more according to preference)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • To serve: additional coconut yoghurt, sliced fresh peaches, toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Taste and add additional honey or coffee as desired.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  3. Divide between 2 bowls. Serve topped with coconut yoghurt, sliced peaches and toasted coconut flakes.
