two bowls of matcha bircher muesli

Taylor Pass Matcha and Coconut Bircher

Prep Time , Serves 2-3.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Harroways Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • ¼ cup Taylor Pass UMF5+ honey
  • 2 ½ cups coconut milk
  • To serve: Berries, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients really well.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and ideally overnight.
  3. Spoon into small bowls and top with berries and coconut.
