Taylor Pass Wellbeing Iceblocks

Prep Time , Makes 4.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Greek-style yoghurt (could also use coconut yoghurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka Honey
  • 1 bottle Chia Sisters Cacao Protein Smoothie
  • 1 bottle Chia Sisters Chia Brain Boost

Instructions

  1. Combine the yoghurt and honey in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Half-fill your ice block moulds. Place in the freezer until frozen.
  3. Fill 2 moulds with the Cacao Protein Smoothie until full and the other 2 with the Chia Brain Boost. Place in the freezer.
  4. After approximately 1 hour, when semi-frozen, insert the wooden ice block sticks. Continue freezing until completely frozen.
