Taylor Pass Wellbeing Iceblocks

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups Greek-style yoghurt (could also use coconut yoghurt)
- 1 tablespoon Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka Honey
- 1 bottle Chia Sisters Cacao Protein Smoothie
- 1 bottle Chia Sisters Chia Brain Boost
Instructions
- Combine the yoghurt and honey in a bowl and mix well.
- Half-fill your ice block moulds. Place in the freezer until frozen.
- Fill 2 moulds with the Cacao Protein Smoothie until full and the other 2 with the Chia Brain Boost. Place in the freezer.
- After approximately 1 hour, when semi-frozen, insert the wooden ice block sticks. Continue freezing until completely frozen.
