Trail Mix Protein Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Nut&Seed Bars
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter (warm)
  • 1/4 cup Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey
  • 60 g Protein Powder
  • Melted Chocolate
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Sea Salt

Method:

  1. In a large bowl stir together oats & protein powder.
  2. Crumble down seed & nut bars into pieces then mix into large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl mix together almond butter & honey.
  4. Add wet mixture into large bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  6. Using your hands form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  7. Chill in freezer for 5-10 min then dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle over with coconut and sea salt.
  8. Place in fridge for 5-10 min or until chocolate hardens.
