Trail Mix Protein Truffles

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Nut&Seed Bars
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter (warm)
- 1/4 cup Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey
- 60 g Protein Powder
- Melted Chocolate
- Shredded Coconut
- Sea Salt
Method:
- In a large bowl stir together oats & protein powder.
- Crumble down seed & nut bars into pieces then mix into large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together almond butter & honey.
- Add wet mixture into large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Using your hands form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Chill in freezer for 5-10 min then dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle over with coconut and sea salt.
- Place in fridge for 5-10 min or until chocolate hardens.
